Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to Revyse: the web app, the revyse command-line tool, the @revyse/next plugin, and the Revyse GitHub App and Vercel integration. By installing or using any of them you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you act for.
Your code stays yours
You keep all rights to your code, content and repositories. Changes Revyse makes on your behalf, in your files or as pull requests, belong to you as soon as they are made.
You give Revyse permission to read and process the parts of your code and data it needs to carry out your requests, as described in How Revyse handles your code and data (/data-handling), and for no other purpose.
What you may do
You may use Revyse for your own projects and your clients' projects. You may not resell access to Revyse, use it to build a competing service, try to get around its permission, credit or rate limits, or use it on code you are not authorised to change.
Integrations
The GitHub App reads repository contents, pushes branches and opens pull requests only for the repositories you grant it. The Vercel integration reads your projects and deployments to show preview links; it never deploys. You can uninstall either at any time from GitHub or Vercel, and Revyse disconnects the affected projects.
Changes are proposals until you approve them
Revyse uses AI models, which can be wrong. Every change is shown as a diff with its checks, and nothing is released without an approval in your organization. You are responsible for reviewing changes before you keep, approve or merge them.
Credits and the pilot
During the pilot, use is paid for with credits granted to your organization; their cost is shown on every change. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where a change produced nothing reviewable, which Revyse refunds automatically.
No warranty
Revyse is provided as is, during a pilot, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep it available and correct, but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Revyse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Revyse in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using Revyse at any time and delete your projects from the dashboard. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or threatens the service, and will tell you why. Sections on ownership, warranty and liability survive.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the dashboard before they apply.
